What Pedulli claims — and what it does not

We claim

  • Lossless compression as a best-of-N racer with a +1-byte never-worse floor on our own output.
  • Exact value/policy equivalence vs full a reference baseline under stated symmetry (verified configurations).
  • A witness-gated exact verifier that checks supplied witnesses (AES-GCM re-encrypt, p*q == N, SHA-256, supplied-clause SAT).

We do not claim

  • No breaking or cracking of RSA / AES / ECC or any cryptography.
  • No trading deployment, ROI, or performance claims; any trading harness is strictly diagnostic.
  • No "solves any problem" framing, no compression past the entropy of the input, no fabricated wins. Any demo value is labelled demo / not measured.
